E-mail addresses collected from Provider teams (including but not limited to administration, staff, program managers, researchers), upon start and registration for the online program, are used to authenticate and communicate with that Provider user regarding their online account with Wellbe, Inc. and to gain access to administrative and other program services. The e-mail address is used as the username for that account and uniquely identifies the individual within our system. We will not use e-mail addresses for any other purpose unless the partner Provider expressly grants us permission.
